Month-to-Month Service Terms
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The AI Samurai, LLC (“Company”) and any business or individual (“Client”) using services offered through https://theaisamurai.org.

1. Services

The Company provides high-performance digital advertising management, AI automations, AI receptionist systems, online reputation tools, and other marketing solutions.
The specific services included for each Client are defined in written proposals, invoices, or confirmed online orders.

2. Term (Month-to-Month)

All services are billed month-to-month beginning the day payment is received.
Either party may cancel at any time with fifteen (15) days’ written notice before the next billing date.

3. Payment

Payment is due in advance each month for the upcoming service period.
Clients may set up one-time or recurring payments through The AI Samurai, LLC Client Dashboard.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Performance Disclaimer

The Company uses advanced AI systems, industry-leading strategies, and best practices to improve Client performance.
However, because every business and market is different, no specific results or financial outcomes can be guaranteed.

Referrals are welcomed once expectations are met or exceeded, provided referral clients meet the Company’s qualification standards.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide timely access to:

• required logins
  
  

• ad accounts
  
  

• business information
  
  

• approvals and content needed for campaign setup and management
  
  

Delays in providing access may impact performance and timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, campaigns, AI system configurations, and deliverables remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon payment, Client receives a non-transferable license to use deliverables for its own business.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any sensitive, proprietary, or private information shared throughout the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the previous month.
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with at least fifteen (15) days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
Services remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
