Month-to-Month Service Terms

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The AI Samurai, LLC (“Company”) and any business or individual (“Client”) engaging our services through https://theaisamurai.org.

1. Services

The Company provides high-performance digital advertising management, AI automation, and marketing solutions as outlined in written proposals, invoices, or confirmed online orders.

2. Term

Services operate on a month-to-month basis beginning on the date payment is received. Either party may cancel at any time with seven (7) days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Payment

All payments are due in advance each month for the upcoming month’s services.
We accept all major credit cards for secure processing. Clients may manage one-time or recurring payments through the AI Samurai Client Dashboard (your control center for all services).
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Performance

We strive to meaningfully improve business performance through advanced AI tools and proven marketing strategies; however, results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Our commitment is to deliver exceptional effort and measurable value every month. Once we’ve met or exceeded your expectations, we welcome referrals under the same terms as our agreement with you—provided those referrals meet our qualification criteria, at your discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide timely access to all information, accounts, and approvals necessary for campaign setup, optimization, and management.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets and deliverables remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon payment, Client is granted a non-transferable license to use those deliverables for its own business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of this engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Client in the previous month. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with proper notice — at least seven (15) days before the next billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
